This Privacy Policy explains how BarnSocial ("we", "us", "the Service") collects, uses, and protects information when you use https://barnsocial.ro and the Barnsocial Android app (com.barnsocial).

1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

Account data: username, email, password (stored hashed)
Profile data you provide (age, country, city, gender, avatar)
Game progress, inventory, and gameplay statistics
Technical data (device/browser type, IP address, app version)
Messages or reports you send through support or in-game features

3. How we use information

To create and manage your account
To provide gameplay, social features, and app updates
To send account emails (verification, password reset)
To protect the Service against abuse and fix issues

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use personal data for third-party advertising networks in the current app build.

4. Android app

The Android app loads BarnSocial in a WebView shell. It may store local session/preferences on your device. You can clear app data from Android settings.

5. Sharing

We share data only to operate the Service (hosting/email) or when required by law. We do not share your data with advertisers for their marketing.

6. Retention

We keep account and gameplay data while your account is active. Request deletion at suport@barnsocial.ro.

7. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

8. Children / age

BarnSocial is intended only for users aged 18 and over. The Service is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor registered, contact suport@barnsocial.ro and we will remove the account.

9. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at suport@barnsocial.ro.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date above changes when we do. Continued use means you accept the revised policy.
