3. Account & age

• Provide accurate registration information
• Keep your password safe
• BarnSocial is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.
• Accounts with a false age under 18 may be removed

4. Conduct

• Do not violate laws or other users' rights
• Do not send harmful or abusive content
• Do not attempt unauthorized access

5. Service changes

We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages from use of the Service.

This policy explains how BarnSocial collects and uses data on barnsocial.ro and the Barnsocial Android app (com.barnsocial).

• Profile: age, country, city, gender, avatar
• Gameplay progress and statistics
• Technical data (device/browser, IP, app version)

2. How we use it

• Account management and gameplay
• Verification and password reset emails
• Security and abuse prevention

We do not sell your personal data.

3. Android app

The app loads the site in a WebView and may store local session data on your device.

4. Children / age

BarnSocial is for users aged 18+ only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
